Dan Terry is a fitness coach currently based in Los Angeles, CA who specializes in strength training, fat burning, and gaining muscle. He has 14 years of workout experience, 7 years of personal training experience, and has worked with over 50 clients with a variety of goals and capabilities. He is certified in personal training by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, certified as a kettlebell coach through the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association, certified in diet by Precision Nutrition, attained Tier 3 with Equinox Fitness Training institute, and has experience as a competitive bodybuilder in Men’s Physique. Dan has a deep understanding of movement mechanics and different workout modalities such as; dumbbells, barbells, cables, machines, kettlebells, steel clubs, steel maces, Olympic rings, slant boards, floss band, etc.
